Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty is seeking an EL1 Senior Salesforce Support Engineer in Canberra, ACT, AU. The role requires extensive Salesforce experience, including OmniStudio and Experience Cloud support.

Candidates should be proficient with Apex and OOP concepts, have strong version control and deployment experience, and hold ADM201/ADM211, Platform App Builder certifications. A standout is Platform Developer 1 or Vlocity certs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries including OmniStudio.
• Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
• Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments.
• Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.
• Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.
• Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
