Job summary

Onpoint 365 is seeking an experienced APS6 Change Analyst to support large-scale transformation programs across multiple projects in a fast-paced government-adjacent environment. You will assess change impacts, coordinate stakeholder engagement, monitor readiness and adoption, and contribute to successful implementation planning.

The role requires a strong understanding of change management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Duration: 12 months with potential for 2 x 6-month extensions
Hourly Rate: $70- $73 per hour

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Change Analyst to support the delivery of large-scale transformation programs within a complex and fast-paced environment. Reporting into a multidisciplinary program delivery team, you will play a key role in supporting organisational change initiatives across multiple projects and programs. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you will help assess change impacts, coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, monitor readiness and adoption outcomes, and contribute to successful implementation planning. Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments to identify implementation impacts, risks, dependencies, barriers and stakeholder adoption requirements.

About You

• Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption activities.
• Experience undertaking change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, stakeholder feedback and implementation outcomes to support informed decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and support delivery against project milestones.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and stakeholder communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, issues and implementation challenges and contribute to practical solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Program Management or Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as Prosci, PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Scrum or SAFe.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, technology implementation or organisational change initiatives.
• Experience using reporting tools, survey data, performance measures or adoption metrics to monitor implementation success and business outcomes.
• Exposure to highly regulated, government, healthcare or complex enterprise environments.
