Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks per legislation.
• Front reception support; assist enquiries at kiosks and online.
• Answer inquiries, provide information, refer to government/community services.
• Manage shared inbox, appointments and phone enquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure accessible office facilities.
• Data entry and follow-up actions in business systems.
• Record complaints and feedback in business systems.
