The Administration Coordinator will oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts and compliance, ensuring accurate records and strong stakeholder support throughout the employment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly proficient across digital platforms and multiple systems.
• Full work rights in Australia; ability to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employment administration activities.
• Prepare contracts, employment documentation and compliance records.
• Support apprentices, trainees, employers and training providers throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Process claims, maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
• Monitor training, compliance and contractual requirements to support successful outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building relationships with apprentices, trainees, employers and training providers.
