Job summary

Airservices Australia seeks a proactive Training and Apprenticeships Specialist to lead the establishment and coordination of the national apprenticeship and traineeship framework. You will partner with TAFEs, RTOs and internal teams to design governance, delivery processes and participant support.This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers flexible location across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra, and the chance to shape the future technical workforce of Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating apprenticeship, traineeship, early careers or similar programs.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish apprenticeship/traineeship framework and governance.
• Coordinate delivery of programs across the organisation.
• Support reporting, governance and participant support activities.
