Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Training and Apprenticeships Specialist to establish the apprenticeship and traineeship framework and support the rollout of our national program. You will coordinate with TAFEs, Registered Training Organisations, and apprenticeship partners to deliver programs across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating apprenticeship, traineeship, early careers, learning, workforce development or similar programs.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting program governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of apprenticeship and traineeship framework across Airservices Australia.
• Coordinate delivery of apprentice and trainee programs with TAFEs, RTOs and partners.
• Develop governance, reporting and participant support activities to enable scalable growth.
