Job summary

Holmesglen Institute is seeking a part-time Apprenticeship Commencement & Support Officer to assist new apprentices in their transition into the learning environment. This role also involves monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in careers advice, job placement, employment services, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the VET sector including apprenticeships and traineeships.
• Proven ability to support and engage apprentices and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for apprentices and trainees.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.
• Monitor apprentice and trainee progress.
