Grand Pacific Group is seeking talented Apprentice Chefs for its iconic Gunner's Barracks venue in Mosman, Sydney. You’ll work across high tea, à la carte, and premium events, learning in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

We value eagerness to learn, reliability, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork, with weekend shifts on a rotating roster to support busy service periods.

Working on a mix of high tea (sweet and savoury), ala carte, and high-end events - you will enjoy a real variety.
