Job summary

Mounties Group seeks a motivated 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Chef for Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on kitchen experience, learning with a close-knit team while producing high-quality meals for patrons.

You will be completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, be flexible with rosters, and show strong teamwork, organisation, and communication to support daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Self-disciplined and a team player.
• Well organised and customer focused.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Full availability - flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production to achieve high-quality preparation, presentation and consistency of all food served to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and meet quality standards.
