Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided call lists and CRM systems.

• Record accurate notes and customer information in the CRM to support follow-up.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic call centre and customer service team in Melbourne VIC 3000. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to generate new business opportunities and drive sales revenue. This is a fast-paced position that offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills whilst contributing directly to the company's growth objectives. You will be working in a collaborative team environment with access to comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers using provided call lists and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. (Warm Leads Provided)
• Presenting product or service offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner to generate interest and qualify leads
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers to establish rapport and trust
• Recording accurate call notes and customer information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and support follow-up activities (HubSpot)
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Handling customer objections professionally and using effective techniques to overcome sales barriers
• Following company scripts, policies and procedures whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance
• Providing feedback to management regarding customer responses, market trends and opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an outbound sales or customer service call centre environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the telephone
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Resilience and determination to succeed in a target-driven environment, with the ability to handle rejection positively
• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software and other business applications
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales activities whilst contributing effectively to a team
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy when recording customer information and call outcomes
• Flexibility to work within designated shift patterns as required by the business
• Australian-based with the right to work in Australia
