Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administration, scheduling, or call-handling experience.
• Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapport.
• A love for structure, processes, and getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers - managing inbound calls through our 1300 number and providing friendly, helpful support.
• Managing appointments - booking, confirming, and coordinating key customer milestones including Post Site, MS, Post-Install, and more.
• Keeping things running smoothly - maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Creating great first impressions - conducting Welcome Calls to ensure new customers feel confident and supported from day one.
• Supporting an exceptional customer journey - helping deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through to installation completion.
