Job summary

SEEK is looking for an enthusiastic appointment setter to join our sales team in Australia. You will make outbound calls to discuss essential systems and services for businesses and steadily progress leads through the funnel.

You will engage with both cold and warm prospects, identify pain points, and book meetings for BDMs. The role offers training, clear career paths, and incentives on a buzzing sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6‑months Sales experience (ideally telesales, fundraising, door knocking, appointment setting or call centre sales)
• Driven to hit and exceed KPIs - do you want to be the best of the best?
• A hunger to learn, with high levels of grit and determination.
• Confident hitting the phone, making high volume outbound calls.
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• Full working rights are required
• Kickstart your Sales career and have a Year 1 OTE of $100K ++
