Job summary

Aspire4Life on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our Coolangatta contact centre on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll be the backbone of our remote assessment team, delivering a seamless and professional client experience.

In this non-sales, call-centre role you’ll manage outbound calls to coordinate appointments, schedule with care, maintain data across multiple systems, and support assessors to stay on track in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or fast-paced admin role.
• Confident handling high call volumes professionally and empathetically.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Ability to use multiple systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable and organised approach to meeting performance targets.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to coordinate client appointments (non-sales role)
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with accuracy and care
