You will monitor fraud alerts, investigate cases, and support AML/CTF investigations while helping customers stay protected. This role is based in our Sydney office (Mascot) with relocation to the CBD and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud and investigation within banking.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fraud detection alerts and reports to prevent fraud.
• Investigate simple fraud cases and recover funds per guidelines.
• Communicate case status clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and law enforcement as needed.
• Educate customers who are victims of fraud or scams.
• Contribute to team training and continuous improvement.
