Job summary

Bond University on the Gold Coast seeks a Manager, Applications and Process Improvement to enhance student systems and streamline processes. The role focuses on improving student outcomes through evidence-based service enhancements and effective change management.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives around Student One, MyBond, and Time Edit, while aligning with the University Registrar and other stakeholders to deliver tangible improvements in student experiences and operational

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or progress towards, plus extensive relevant experience.
• Significant experience in business analysis, process mapping, re-engineering and continuous improvement.
• Experience with customer service in higher education and data analysis to improve service delivery to students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects with autonomous and team-based execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of student systems improvements and process enhancements.
• Coordinate development and implementation of service improvement plans for specific systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Director to manage change impacts.
• Oversee support for the MyBond portal and Time Edit timetabling system.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
