Qualifications

• Completed university degree or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education or training environments.
• Proven ability to develop industry partnerships and coordinate workplace learning or placement opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through studies and monitor progression.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners for workplace immersion opportunities.
• Manage student placements and oversee arrangements with host organisations.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of both programs.
• Contribute to industry networking, student recruitment and promotional activities.
