eHealth NSW is recruiting an Application Support Specialist (Health Manager Level 4) to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across NSW Health. Hybrid work options in Chatswood, St Leonards or Charlestown.

You will drive improvements, resolve complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver workforce solutions that scale. The role offers a salary from $153,559 to $182,954 plus 12% super and 17.5% annual leave loading. Applications close 11:59pm on 14 October 2026.

Join the Team

As an Application Support Specialist in our Oracle Applications Team, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that underpin workforce services across NSW Health. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll lead service improvements, resolve complex issues, and deliver high-quality digital solutions that make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

• Drive ongoing improvements across Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative workforce solutions.
• Design and implement enhancements that improve system performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues in a complex enterprise environment.
• Shape the future of workforce applications through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, including Core HR, Performance Management, Workforce Structures, Integration handling spanning both implementation and ongoing support.
• Experience with configuring and supporting Oracle Redwood features and the Oracle HCM AI Agent (including setup, user enablement, and troubleshooting) will be preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in functional support, issue resolution, and expert in troubleshooting Integrations issues, including workflows, data errors, and process breakdowns.
• Proficiency in using SQL, HDL (HCM Data Loader), mass uploads, and validation activities.
• Skilled in maintaining and troubleshooting OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts for operational and compliance reporting.
• Strong experience in managing user roles, security profiles, and resolving access-related issues across HCM.
• Hands-on experience in regression testing, impact analysis, and issue resolution during Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and patches.
