Job summary

NSW Health's eHealth NSW is seeking an Application Specialist – Pathology Billing to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion in a large healthcare environment. You will deliver expert application support, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across pathology billing systems.

Hybrid role based in Chatswood, St Leonards or Charlestown with a generous salary and superannuation, plus annual leave loading, to shape digital health for NSW Health.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing, expanding, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion applications in large or complex environments, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Has knowledge of Billing and Claiming processes in an Australian Healthcare environment.
• Proven capability using a broad range of analytical tools and techniques to resolve complex business issues and deliver effective, customer focused solutions.
• Strong ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and deliver outcomes using a customer centric approach.

As an Application Specialist – Pathology Billing within our Corporate Applications Solution Management team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our critical Pathology Billing applications that underpin NSW Health's operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, other Application Specialists, and technical teams, you'll help deliver application support, service improvements and business‑focused solutions that drive efficiency, compliance and organisational outcomes.

In this role, you will:
