Circular Economy Systems is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Support & Escalations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This L2/L3 role owns incidents and service requests, troubleshoots complex application issues, and drives resolution while meeting client SLAs.

You’ll use SQL, logs, APIs and monitoring tools; work with clients and Product and technical teams; document solutions and look for automation opportunities; prior payments or financial services

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in application or software support within a complex environment.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of L2/L3 incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are documented and resolved within SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues using SQL queries, system logs, APIs and monitoring tools.
• Support complex, web-based and integrated applications in a production environment.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone, especially for complex issues.
• Collaborate with Product, infrastructure, database, network and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, support documentation and operational processes.
