Job summary

Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, QLD, invites applications for an Application & Reporting Analyst within the Student Engagement team. The role combines application support for UniHub and reporting responsibilities to enable data-informed decisions that improve student experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will configure systems, troubleshoot with internal and external providers, and translate business needs into actionable insights using Power BI, DAX and SQL.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in managing and supporting digital services and reporting.
• Experience administering enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital services and data-informed decision-making across Student Engagement.
• Administer and support UniHub and related enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to troubleshoot and improve services.
• Report to the Senior Analyst, Student Engagement Applications and assist with career planning and performance expectations.
• Work in a hybrid arrangement with flexible on-site/off-site duties.
