Job summary

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) invites applications for an Application & Reporting Analyst to support Student Engagement. You will help deliver digital services and enable data‑informed decisions, configure UniHub, and contribute to the reporting environment using Microsoft Fabric.

This role reports to the Senior Analyst, Student Engagement Applications, and partners with the Business Data Analyst. We offer a hybrid working arrangement at Gardens Point, Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting digital services, including design, configuration, testing, implementation, and evaluation of systems and processes.
• Proven experience administering and maintaining enterprise applications and reporting platforms, including troubleshooting and collaboration with internal and external providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, particularly Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse clients and teams.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
