Job summary

Launch Recruitment Pty Ltd in Geelong is seeking an Application Development Lead (Appian) to provide technical leadership for a growing enterprise Appian capability.

This 12‑month contract focuses on architecture, governance, vendor oversight and platform direction, with you acting as the technical authority for Appian.

The role requires on‑site work in Geelong (3 days per week) at a daily rate of $750–$950 DOE. Strong stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise Appian solutions.
• Appian architecture across process models, SAIL, records, CDTs, integrations and data management.
• Experience as Technical Lead, Architect or Platform Lead.
• Experience governing vendor-delivered solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments.
