Job summary

ScaleUp Technologies GmbH is seeking experienced Appian Developers to join a hybrid, contract-based program across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth. You will design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on the Appian Low-Code Platform for banking operations, leveraging Appian RPA, AI Agentic frameworks, and IDP technologies.

You will build process models, interfaces, rules, integrations, and data models, while championing DevOps, security, and performance in an Agile delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience with Appian Development (Developer) and 4+ years with Appian Designer.
• Strong experience with Appian Process Models, SAIL, Appian Records and Integrations.
• Hands-on Appian RPA, OCR tech, AI Agentic frameworks and IDP.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, security and CI/CD in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the Appian Low-Code Platform.
• Build and maintain Appian process models, interfaces, business rules, integrations, and data models.
• Develop and deploy Appian RPA solutions to automate banking processes.
• Implement AI Agentic solutions to support intelligent decision-making and workflow orchestration.
• Deliver IDP solutions for automated extraction, classification, validation, and processing of financial documents.
• Integrate Appian with banking platforms, APIs, core systems, and CRM apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support DevOps, governance, security, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership in Agile teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote Appian best practices.
