Job summary

Luxoft Financial Services UK Limited Australia Branch is seeking an Appian Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Appian solutions. You will define architectural standards and mentor teams across banking and financial services.

You will drive integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and MS Dynamics, and modernize legacy BPM with Appian RPA, AI Skills, and Data Fabric concepts, while ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Appian solutions on Appian Cloud, AWS, Azure, On Prem, Hybrid Architectures.
• Experience with Appian Process Models, Rules & Expressions, Data Management including Complex Data Types, XSDs, SQL, Inter Process Communication, RBAC, and Process Reporting on Appian 20.X+.
• Implement security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP Services, Web Services, Message Queues, ESB.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise Appian solutions covering BPMN workflows, SAIL interfaces, record types, data architecture, integrations, reporting and security.
• Define scalable application architecture, reusable design patterns, development standards and Appian governance best practices.
• Design and deliver Appian RPA solutions for high-volume business process automation and operational efficiency.
• Implement Appian AI Skills and AI Agents for intelligent document processing and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Architect Appian Data Fabric solutions using record types, relationships, synchronization and robust data-security models.
• Design REST/API-led integration architectures and develop supporting microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect complex digital onboarding, origination, credit and payment workflows for banking and financial-services platforms.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, MS Dynamics, Legacy Systems.
• Conduct solution architecture, design and code reviews while providing technical leadership to Appian development teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead estimations, solution options, architecture decisions and implementation planning for enterprise transformation programs.
• Own architecture through SDLC including deployment and support.
• Lead production deployments, release management, defect triage and root-cause analysis.
• Define integration and automation strategies across Appian, RPA, AI, REST services, Web Services, Spring Boot microservices.
• Drive modernization of legacy BPM solutions and adoption of Appian-based intelligent process automation.
• Mentor developers and technical leads, enforcing engineering standards and best practices.

• Mentor developers and technical leads, enforcing engineering standards, component reuse and Appian development best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate experience in designing Appian solutions on Appian Cloud, AWS, Azure, On Prem, Hybrid Architectures.
• Demonstrate experience in Appian Process Models, Rules & Expressions, Data Management including Complex Data Types, XSDs, SQL, Inter Process Communication, RBAC, and Process Reporting on Appian 20.X and above.
• Implement security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Integration solutions using: REST APIs, SOAP Services, Web Services, Message Queues, ESB.
• Showcase a robust grasp of database principles, coupled with practical experience in Stored Procs, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Possess relevant Appian Certification as per your experience level.
