Job summary

JD Sports Australia is seeking a dynamic Department Supervisor to lead a department, coach a team and maintain visual and merchandising standards across our NSW stores.

You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting management to improve department performance, and ensuring product availability while upholding brand standards. This is a retail leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience within retail or like industry.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience.
• Positive attitude with capacity to create a motivating environment for your team.
• Excellent time management to ensure daily priorities are executed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills engaging with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
• Support and guide team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment.
• Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department.
• Support management to improve financial performance within your department.
• Work with back of house team to ensure product availability.
• Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
