We are proudly South Australian owned and operated, with our showroom and warehouse based in Norwood.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail & Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail floor and warehouse. This is a varied role that combines customer service, warehouse operations, online order fulfilment, and apparel customisation.

You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring customers, club partners, and online orders are supported efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Customer Service

Manage and operate the retail floor on a daily basis

Assist customers with product enquiries, fittings, and purchases

Supervise and support casual retail staff and manage daily workflows

Maintain a high standard of store presentation and merchandising

Online Orders & Dispatch

Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders Australia-wide

Liaise with couriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and tracking issues

Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Warehouse & Stock Control

Receive and process incoming stock deliveries (retail and teamwear)

Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment orders

Keep warehouse and stock areas organised and efficient

Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

Liaise with teamwear clients regarding order progress and timelines

Assist with preparing bulk club orders

Occasional after-hours or weekend work to support club fittings or partner events

Production & Systems

Operate heat press machinery for custom apparel (names, numbers, sponsors – training provided)

Update products, images, and stock levels on Shopify

Maintain accurate records across stock, orders, and dispatch

About You

You are organised, reliable, show initiative and enjoy a hands-on role with variety.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Experience in retail, warehouse, or operations roles

You thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy getting things done.

Minimum 4+ years experience in retail, warehouse, or operations roles is required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good computer skills (POS or e‑commerce experience preferred)

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Shopify platform experience for managing online systems and inventory

Experience in sports apparel or retail

Experience with heat press or custom apparel production (training provided)

Interest in sport and teamwear
