Job summary
Twilio in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success for APJ. You will lead a high-performing team, nurture executive relationships, and partner with Sales, Services, Engineering, and Product to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across enterprise accounts in APJ.
You will coach leaders, manage cross-functional alignment, and drive a scalable CS operating model to accelerate customer outcomes in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management in Customer Success.
- 8+ years in CS/Account Management within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading teams managing Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-regional client structures across APJ.
- Experience driving platform adoption and retention targets.
- Ability to lead strategic business/value conversations with technical and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Senior CSMs driving account health and platform adoption in APJ.
- Coaching and developing high-performing CS professionals.
- Act as executive escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Renewals, and Support to protect revenue.
- Oversee forecast, health tracking and risk mitigation in Salesforce.
- Refine APJ CS operating model to align with Twilio's global strategy.
