Job summary

Qdrant is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager for APAC, based in Australia or Japan, to own strategic accounts from onboarding to expansion. You will work closely with customer engineering teams on deployments across Qdrant Cloud and self-hosted environments, providing frontline APAC support and coordinating with Support and Engineering for edge cases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles in AI or data infrastructure.
• Hands-on with cloud-native infra (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience on both sides of the deal: evaluation and long-term relationships.
• Enterprise maturity: negotiate with engineering, IT and security teams.
• Self-sufficient with startup ambiguity; APAC-based, ideally Australia.

Responsibilities

• Strategic APAC accounts end to end from onboarding to expansion.
• Hands-on delivery with customer engineering teams on deployment and performance tuning.
• First-line technical support in APAC hours.
• Set expectations with demanding customers and align stakeholders.
• Pre-sales and partner support for regional opportunities.
• Echo field feedback to Product and Engineering to shape regional playbooks.
