This senior role partners with leaders across the region to drive operational excellence and ensure facilities align with global standards.

You will oversee major initiatives, manage budgets and vendors, and lead a geographically diverse team to deliver high-quality service and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in facilities management or related field with regional leadership.
• Experience with global, matrixed organizations and regional facilities strategies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Experience with IWMS platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional facilities and workplace strategies to support growth.
• Oversee facilities operations across multiple countries ensuring safe, high-quality workplaces.
• Advise leaders on space planning, portfolio decisions, and workplace optimization.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecast, and drive cost optimization.
• Lead major workplace projects: office buildouts, relocations, renovations.
• Drive vendor performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead teams through change with accountability and employee-centric service.
