Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an accomplished Sales Leader for APJ to drive the CXE (Connect) business and shape outcome-based selling for contact center and generative AI initiatives. You will build a scalable GTM strategy and mentor a high-performing sales team.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, field, and partners to expand lighthouse deployments, win new customers, and accelerate revenue growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology
• Experience in customer-facing leadership roles
• A track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth
