Qualifications

• 5+ years of Excel experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent).
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.
• 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM/BI tools.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Document and implement standardized sales processes and metrics, including territories and quotas for sales teams.
• Develop and manage pipeline qualification and attribution, resolve attribution escalations for accurate financial reporting.
• Orchestrate AI-human collaboration in the sales process and manage AI sales tools and automation.
• Maintain sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Implement sales workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve seller efficiency.
• Conduct sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and drive regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health and performance trends.
• Act as primary point of contact to resolve stakeholder requests and ensure daily ops.
• Lead sales tools training and adoption initiatives to boost productivity.
