Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking a Trainer Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for Stakeholder and Land Management Software across APAC. You will lead live and virtual sessions, create self-serve content, and work cross-functionally to keep training aligned with product releases.

You’ll tailor materials for different audiences, adapt to regional languages, and support launches with robust enablement plans across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training, enablement, or education in SaaS or tech.
• Experience delivering live, virtual sessions and self-paced content.
• Strong presentation and facilitation to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfort across APAC time zones and cultures; fluent English.
• Familiarity with LMS and content tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Loom.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, in-person and virtual onboarding and product training for APAC customers and partners.
• Develop engaging training materials with Product, Marketing and Success teams.
• Localize training content for regional languages and markets.
• Support product launches with training plans and go-live readiness.
• Measure effectiveness via certifications, feedback and adoption metrics.
• Maintain and update courses in the LMS with Enablement.
• Train internal teams on new features and best practices.
• Identify knowledge gaps and feed back to Product and Enablement.
