Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver technical sales learning programs across APJ and Greater China, aligning with global standards while adapting content to regional needs. You'll collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and regional stakeholders to accelerate sales productivity.

The role involves managing the Docebo LMS, analyzing learner data with Power BI, and applying AI-enabled learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
8+ years of experience in life sciences, diagnostics, genetics, or biotechnology industries.
Experience designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences in virtual and face-to-face environments.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions using adult learning and instructional design best practices.
Translate scientific concepts, products, workflows, and applications into engaging, customer-focused learning that incorporates practical sales methodologies.
Lead the localisation of technical sales training for APJ and Greater China, recognising regional diversity.
Manage and continuously improve digital learning content and curricula within the Docebo LMS (LMS).
Analyse learner engagement and reporting using LMS analytics and BI tools.
