Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager to lead the APAC technical support function across Asia Pacific, coordinating with SAMs, SPMs, FSEs, Parts, and customers.

You will drive technical excellence, standardize processes, and align regional actions with GE Vernova Ways—Innovation, Lean, Customer, One Team, and Accountability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 12+ years in technical services, field engineering, or product support.
• Proven track record leading regional or cross-country technical teams.
• Expertise in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
• Familiarity with GE Vernova systems and tools (e.g., ServiceMax, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Technical Support team delivering real-time support to SAMs, SPMs, FSEs, Parts, and Customers.
• Manage technical escalations with Product Line, Engineering, and Global Technical teams.
• Ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are executed and shared.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards in all technical interventions.
• Drive standardization of troubleshooting guides, tools, and processes across APAC.
• Provide field feedback to Engineering and Product Line for reliability and design improvements.
