Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Customer Solution Architect (Technical Deal Lead) to own the technical integrity and viability of high‑stakes proposals across APAC. You will balance direct customer engagement with coordinating global technical resources to ensure quotes are accurate, well-scoped, and executable on time and with quality.

You will translate complex RFPs into robust OT software solutions (ADMS/DERMS/AEMS), lead effort estimations, and drive migration plans that modernise legacy systems while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related technical field.
• Proven track record in scoping and architecting complex technical proposals including estimating schedules and risk assessment.
• Experience as a technical deal lead with APAC region knowledge and grid software exposure (ADMS/DERMS/AEMS).

Responsibilities

• Consult on translating RFP requirements and customer pain points into robust OT software solutions (ADMS/DERMS/AEMS).
• Adapt delivery strategies, craft project plans, and lead effort estimations with technical accountability.
• Innovate with new products, deployment methodologies, and evolving architectures (SaaS) across APAC.
• Plan migration paths to modernise legacy systems for key customers.
• Own end-to-end requirements alignment between customer needs and commercial constraints.
• Scale proposal pipelines by guiding offshore teams and validating estimates.
• Execute with Sales and Services to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially sharp, and executable before contract signature.
