The Trade Desk is a global technology company seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer for APAC on a contract basis. You will develop sourcing strategies across APAC, tailor approaches by role and location, and build pipelines that convert to qualified interviews and hires.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex engineering challenges into compelling conversations for candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing across APAC markets and adapting strategies by location.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into focused sourcing plans.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own APAC sourcing strategies for Engineering and Applied Science roles.
• Build and manage pipelines from market mapping to candidate engagement and handoff.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and priorities.
• Engage hard-to-reach technical talent with personalized outreach grounded in role and culture.
• Use funnel data to improve outreach, qualification, and conversion.
• Provide APAC market intelligence to inform expectations and trade-offs.
