Experience leading regional or multi-market recruitment in APAC.
Strong stakeholder-management skills with influence over senior leaders.
Experience with TA assessment tools to recruit top talent.
Experience managing recruiting operations, vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery across markets.
Develop and coach TA team members for high performance.
Partner with senior leaders and HR on hiring needs and market insights.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment across APAC: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Ensure inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences across APAC markets.
Monitor metrics to improve speed, quality and cost of hire.
