Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, TA APAC to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the APAC region, with options to be based in Shanghai, Australia, or Singapore. You will drive hiring plans, partner with senior leaders, and build diverse talent pipelines while ensuring a compliant and engaging candidate experience.

You will manage a TA team, leverage data to improve outcomes, and influence workforce strategy across multiple markets in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field is required.
• Typically 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years in TA leadership.
• Experience leading regional recruitment across APAC; strong stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to use TA assessment tools to recruit top talent.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, vendors and external partners.
• Strong leadership, coaching and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the region.
• Develop and coach TA team members, driving performance and capability growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to align hiring with business priorities and insights.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience across APAC and EMEA markets.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to improve speed, quality and cost of hire.
• Drive TA transformation, process improvements and technology enablement.
