Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, TA APAC to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the Asia-Pacific region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

You will partner with senior leaders and HR to build diverse, high-quality pipelines, drive insights from data, and ensure a compliant, engaging candidate experience across APAC markets. Travel up to ~20% within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Typically 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years TA leadership or people-management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-market recruitment in APAC.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with TA assessment and selection tools to recruit top talent.
• Proven ability to use recruiting data and insights to drive selection, decisions and outcomes.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong people-leadership, coaching, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery, aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce strategies.
• Manage and develop TA team members, fostering strong performance, engagement, and capability growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to provide consultative guidance on hiring needs, market insights, and talent solutions and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across all markets.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to achieve metrics and improve speed, quality, and cost of hire.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and local labor regulations across APAC.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, technology enablement, and vendor management.
