You will influence hiring decisions, lead recruitment initiatives, and contribute to employer branding and diversity programs while building robust talent pipelines across key sectors

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
• Proven end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions
• Experience in building technologies, industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Act as a strategic advisor using market intelligence, data, and insights
• Proactively source and attract high-quality talent through multiple channels
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness
• Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout the journey
• Lead representation at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives across employer branding, inclusion, and process improvement
• Champion best-practice recruitment processes and leverage Workday and sourcing technologies
