Legora is redefining how legal work gets done from Sydney, Australia. We are growing our APAC Talent Acquisition function and hiring across sales, technical, and corporate roles.

You will report to the Senior Director of TA in New York and work with People and business leaders to turn approved plans into regional execution. You will lead and grow the team, build a smarter recruiting engine, and raise the bar on quality, partnering with agencies and RPOs where they fit while aligning with global

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-house talent acquisition at a growing SaaS or tech company.
• Experience developing and managing talent acquisition partners.
• Experience hiring across APAC markets (Australia, North Asia, Southeast Asia).
• Ability to adapt to local language and employment needs.
• Excellent sourcing and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team, setting priorities and coaching on sourcing, closing and stakeholder management.
• Deliver hiring with pace by turning approved hiring plans into clear priorities and milestones across functions.
• Build a smarter recruiting engine, strengthen direct sourcing, referrals and manage agency/RPO partnerships.
• Partner with the business, align regional hiring with global standards and local market needs.
• Raise the bar on quality by equipping interviewers, streamlining process, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
