Job summary

Qdrant is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to lead APAC regional post-sale success from Australia or Japan. You will own strategic accounts, guide deployment across Qdrant Cloud and self-hosted Kubernetes, and act as the technical face in APAC.

Collaborate with Account Executives, Support, and Solutions Architects across time zones to deliver first-line APAC support, manage expectations with enterprise customers, and feed feedback to Product to shape future playbooks and processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles at an AI, data, or database infrastructure company.
• Hands-on with cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, and one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience on both sides of the deal: evaluations and long-term client relationships.
• Enterprise-grade communication and negotiation with engineering, IT, and security teams.
• Self-sufficient in startup environments and time-zone independent.
• Based in APAC, ideally Australia, able to join calls across Europe/US.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic APAC accounts from onboarding to production, scaling, and expansion.
• Work with customer engineering teams on deployment and performance tuning across Qdrant Cloud and self-hosted Kubernetes.
• Provide first-line technical support during APAC hours.
• Set expectations with demanding customers and align stakeholders across engineering, IT, and security.
• Back pre-sales and partner support in the region.
• Represent APAC customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
