Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced SDR Enablement Senior Specialist to join our APJ team in Australia. You will design and deliver enablement programs for SDRs, including onboarding new hires and training on outbound prospecting, MEDDPICC, and the Command of Message.

This role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration across SDR Leaders, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing, and the ability to localize content for APJ markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or enablement role (BDR/SDR/enablement leadership)
• Exceptional group facilitation and public speaking abilities
• Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and related sales methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent problem-solver with self-starter attitude
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
• Basic understanding of GDPR data and communication policies

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Deliver best-in-class onboarding for APJ SDR hires.
• SDR Programs: Build and run enablement programs improving outbound prospecting, cold calling, qualification, and sales methodologies.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple enablement projects with on-time delivery and business impact.
• Facilitation: Lead engaging training sessions, in-person and virtual, for groups of varying sizes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SDR leaders, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing to secure buy-in for programs.
• Content Development: Localize global enablement content and create APJ-specific materials.
• Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional leaders to ensure relevance across APJ markets.
