Job summary

3M Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Leader to drive regional productivity and governance. You will manage a multi-country team, translate global strategy for local execution, and oversee CRM (Salesforce) governance, data integrity, and reporting standards.

In this role, you will shape SIP incentives, design quotas, and ensure alignment with business targets while continuously upgrading the sales tech stack with modern enablement tools and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Sales Operations within multinationals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Sales Operations team across multiple countries.
• Translate global strategy into regional execution.
• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Manage SIP design, quotas, and payout calculations.
• Own CRM platform as regional business lead (Salesforce).
• Evaluate and upgrade sales tech stack and enablement tools.
• Define KPIs and optimize sales pipelines for productivity.
