Job summary

Corpay Cross-Border is seeking a senior regulatory-finance leader to strengthen APAC reporting and governance. You will serve as the in-house expert on Australian regulatory-finance requirements for AFSL holders, providing practical, commercially-focused advice on ASIC expectations, liquidity, client money obligations and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Deep, practical knowledge of ASIC requirements relevant to AFSL holders.
• Experience interpreting financial-resource, liquidity and client money requirements.
• Experience preparing Australian regulatory returns and supporting documentation.
• Confident engagement with regulators, auditors, senior executives and risk/compliance teams.
• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to build and develop teams across a distributed organisation.
• Continuous-improvement mindset to strengthen governance, controls, and automation.
• IFRS/US GAAP and SOX familiarity valued; CPA/CA preferred but exceptional regulatory specialists welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory-finance reporting with timely submissions, documentation and controls.
• Advise senior leaders on financial implications of regulatory requirements and business changes.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting and statutory/regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen governance, controls and reporting automation across APAC.
• Engage regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders on regulatory-finance matters.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team across a cross-border footprint.
