Aon is seeking a Head of Compliance, Australia to lead compliance for the Australia and Papua New Guinea businesses within the APAC region. You will partner with legal, risk and business leaders to deliver compliant, scalable services across onshore and offshore teams.

Your role involves driving the global Compliance Program locally, mentoring the Australia team, and guiding regulatory change initiatives while protecting the company’s reputation and client interests.

Competenze

• Operational compliance management experience in financial services including general insurance or insurance broking.
• Experience Advising on and assessing new laws, regulations and regulatory trends in financial services compliance.
• Process-oriented with interest in AI, automation, data-led analysis and digital tools to deliver scalable compliance services.
• Tertiary degree or equivalent in law, finance, business, or commerce.
• Proven track record managing, motivating and developing cross-location teams and building an integrated culture.

• Lead a team based in Sydney with some flexibility to work remotely.
