Job summary

Sofico is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for APAC to drive growth in automotive software solutions across the region. You will lead regional sales initiatives, build strategic relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and system integrators, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor offerings to market needs.

You will negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and forecast sales performance for senior management.

Qualifications

Sales experience in an international automotive or software environment.
Achieved and exceeded sales targets in a B2B setting.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives.
Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the automotive sector.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and system integrators.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are aligned with market demands.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows within the region.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.
