Job summary

Argon & Co is seeking a part-time payroll professional to manage payroll across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will own the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while supporting payroll compliance and records management.

You’ll work closely with Finance and HR, with flexible hybrid arrangements and responsible ownership of payroll activities for ~40 hours per month. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to transition to permanent.

Qualifications

• Solid end-to-end payroll experience.
• Strong Australian payroll knowledge.
• Experience with New Zealand and/or Singapore payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage six monthly payrolls across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
• Process starters, leavers, salary changes, leave, bonuses and other inputs.
• Complete payroll checks and reconciliations.
• Manage payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on payroll reporting and improvements.
