Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager to support the Snr Operations Director across the APAC region.

You will oversee and coordinate regional operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, process efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires extensive operations management experience in APAC, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility for travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years in operations management with APAC regional experience.
• Support skills: ability to support senior management and lead teams.
• Analytical: strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Cultural awareness: deep understanding of APAC business practices.
• Project management: strong PM skills with track record of complex projects.
• Flexibility: adaptable to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operational support across the APAC region ensuring smooth processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with objectives.
• Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a regional operations team.
• Assist in budgeting and financial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Support regional projects and market analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for alignment.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Represent the function in strategy meetings.
