Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager to support the Snr Operations Director across the APAC region.

This maternity replacement is a fixed-term contract through the end of June 2027, with duties including coordinating regional operations, developing strategies, and monitoring KPIs to drive efficiency. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in operations management or similar, APAC experience a must.
• Proven experience supporting senior management and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations across APAC to ensure efficient processes.
• Support development and implementation of operations strategy aligned with regional goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Lead and mentor regional operations teams, fostering collaboration.
• Assist in budget development and monitoring for regional ops.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Engage stakeholders including customers and suppliers to build strong relationships.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and support regional projects.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align operations with business objectives.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
